What is Collocation Service?

Collocation is a service which allow renting of transmission site. In essence it is renting space and facilities at a transmission site. Rental period and rental fee are flexible depending on what you want to rent and what you want to buy and bring to site and for how long.

What are the Options?

There are four different options depending on selected collocation package:

A: Starter Package

Tower space up to 4-dipole antennas
Room space without AC
Slab space for satellite dish/generator
No electricity, security, insurance
Payment plan: Quarterly in advance

B: Standard Package

Tower space up to 4-dipole antennas
Room space without AC
Slab space for satellite dish
Backup generator (without fuel)
No electricity, security, insurance
Payment plan: Quarterly in advance

C: Premium Package

Tower space up to 4-dipole antennas
Room space without AC
Slab space for satellite dish
Electricity for up to 1000w transmitter
Backup generator power
No security, no insurance
Payment plan: Quarterly in advance

D: Enterprise Package

6-dipole antennas
Feeder cable
1000w transmitter
Double cavity filter
Electricity with stabilizer and surge protector
Backup generator power
Slab space for satellite dish
Security and Insurance
Payment plan: Quarterly in advance

Where is it Available?

Radio Kicheko offer collocation services at all its transmission sites which are located in Mwanza (Bugarika), Shinyanga (Kolandoto), Kahama (Nyahanga), Singida (Nyamikumbi), Babati (Singu), Rombo (Hakwe), Same (Mamba Myamba), Tanga (Nguvumali) and Dodoma (Imagi).
