Radio Kicheko Opening

Monday 5th November 2018 will mark a landmark date in the world of radio broadcasting in Tanzania as Radio Kicheko Live is scheduled to make its maiden soft opening on a trial license in Moshi.

We are extremely proud and excited to reveal that one of the most important and defining radio stations in modern times Moshi has ever seen will join the media fraternity for a very special purpose of educating and empowering its listener base.

The radio station is promising to uphold the highest standards of journalistic professionalism and ethics with the aim of placing radio at its rightful core place as a partner in people’s day to day development activities by providing them with knowledge, tips and tricks as well as intermediating with the administrative bureaucracy to get things done.

Our core belief is that radio should be a tool, a partner, a teacher, an educator and an intercessor instead of a place of gosip and time wasting with useless and irrelevant news and stories which does not help its listeners.
